Service Reception Manager – Hedge End
Salary : £35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience) + bonus

Pembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established dealership for an experienced Service Reception Manager to join their busy aftersales department in the Hedge End area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in automotive aftersales to manage and develop a successful front-of-house service team.
The Role
As a Service Reception Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the service reception, ensuring customers receive outstanding service while supporting the aftersales team in achieving departmental targets.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and supporting the Service Advisor team
Ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at all times
Overseeing workshop bookings and diary management
Handling customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
Monitoring service department performance and KPIs
Supporting the Service Manager in driving aftersales revenue
Ensuring all service administration and processes are completed accurately
Maintaining strong communication between the service reception and workshop
Requirements
Previous experience within a Service Advisor / Service Reception Manager role in the motor trade
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Full UK driving licence
