Job description
POSITION PURPOSE
To carry out golf course maintenance duties, as directed, ensuring that the courses are at all times presented in the best possible condition.

The role also provides exposure to modern greenkeeping techniques, including growth regulation, GVX clip volume management, as well as construction and project work, broadening both your technical expertise and practical experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Cutting of all playing surfaces, set up of golf course, raking bunkers, etc. as directed.

  • Construction, aeration and turfing works / duties, as directed

  • Maintain high standards of customer care at all times in line with luxury standards

  • Understand Trump Turnberry policy on Health and Safety and to ensure that all duties performed are carried out with full regard to the safety of customers, visitors, contractors and other employees; work within the Health & Safety, COSHH, Risk Assessment and HAVS Assessment guidelines at all times.

  • Ensure the efficient and effective operation and safe handling of all chemicals following Trump Turnberry policy and procedure. Ensuring relevant records are filled in.

  • To operate grass cutting machinery safely and effectively; care and maintenance of machinery and the reporting of loss or damage to Workshop Manager according to Trump Turnberry policy and procedure.
