Ecommerce Trading Manager (Germany)

Somerce is a TikTok Shop specialist agency focused on driving GMV growth for brands. We work with some of the fastest-growing beauty, fashion, lifestyle and FMCG brands across the UK, US and EU, managing everything from live commerce and affiliates to paid media and trading strategy.

This role is specifically focused on scaling German brands and the DACH market on TikTok Shop. You will act as the strategic lead for German clients, owning performance, communication and commercial growth end-to-end.

Fluent German (spoken and written) is essential for this role. You will be leading German client communication, creator relationships and trading strategy in-market.

Our wider client base includes: P.Louise, Unilever, Free Soul & L'Oréal.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• Proven experience in e-commerce trading, merchandising or online retail
• Strong understanding of:
• Conversion rate optimisation
• AOV growth
• Promotional mechanics
• Product lifecycle management
• Creation of bundles
• Comfortable working with performance data and GMV targets
• Commercially minded and confident making decisions
• Strong communication skills with both internal teams and clients

Desirable

• Experience with TikTok Shop, marketplaces or social commerce
• Background in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG e-commerce
