We’re looking for a hands-on, service-driven Duty Manager who leads from the floor and sets the standard every shift.
As Duty Manager, your mission is to protect and deliver exceptional service standards by leading from the front. This is not an office role. You will run a section every shift and be fully competent across all front-of-house positions including waiter, bartender and food runner.
You are expected to master the basics first. We do not promote managers who cannot execute flawless service themselves.
You will support the Restaurant Manager in driving performance, maintaining pace, motivating the team and ensuring every guest receives consistent, high-energy hospitality.
You will be part of a disciplined, high-energy team where standards matter and performance is recognised. If you believe great managers are built from mastering service fundamentals and leading from the floor, CERU offers the platform to grow and earn well doing it.
