Within Deutsche Bank’s PrivateBankthe Investment Manager is a primary point of contact for clients to access our entire suite of investment capabilities,insightsand solutions.

You will work in close partnership withourRelationship Managersin the day-to-day servicingofthe client,providingexpertadvice around investment opportunities, both long-term thematic andshort-term tactical trades.You willdraw upon support fromdedicatedproduct specialists, to address clients’ needs holisticallyacrossdiscretionary and advisory portfolio management solutions, capital markets, privatemarketsandalternative investments.As anInvestment Manageryouwill have accountability fordriving greaterinvestmentactivity across our client base.

Your key responsibilities

• Act as thecentral pointof contact for clients’ investment needs / advice andbe responsible forincreasinginvestment activityfrom existing clients

• Serve as strategic advisor on client’s overall investment portfolio, and drive holistic portfolio construction and asset allocation activities, delivering theChief Investment Officeview to clients and ensuring portfolios are built and overseen accordingly

• Own overall suitability and appropriateness of all investments for the client; ensure that all corresponding checks are performed

• Collaborate closely with key internal partnersand product specialiststo deliver the firm’s best capabilities,solutionsand investment thinking

• Proactivelyidentifyneeds and opportunities to originate solutions acrossCapital Markets, discretionary mandates, advisorymandatesand alternative investments

• Support theRelationship Managerin their new client acquisition efforts through participation in client pitches andshowcasingDeutsche Bank Wealth Management capabilities

Your skills andexperience

• Demonstrable experience ofAdvising on multi-asset class portfolios for clients across traditional and alternative assets

• Excellent client-facing skills

• Excellent communication skills and collaboration skills

• Proven experience in portfolio construction and asset allocation, with knowledge and understanding of private clients andHigh Net Worth/Ultra High Net Worthclient needs

• Fluent in delivering a capital market outlook from both an investment strategist’s view (i.e., topdown) and a manager’s view (i.e., bottom up) with the purpose of articulating why suggestedallocations and solutions areappropriate fora given investmentobjectiveand market environment
