A thriving academy in Sheffield is looking for an experienced School Receptionist to join its busy main office.
The successful candidate will be confident managing a high-volume reception area and maintaining a professional school image.
Duties Include:
Greeting visitors and managing safeguarding sign-in systems
Handling telephone and email enquiries
Updating pupil information on internal systems
Supporting senior leaders with administrative tasks
Assisting with student first aid and welfare queries where required
Essential:
Proven experience working in a UK school office
Knowledge of safeguarding and data protection requirements
Strong organisational skills
Enhanced DBS certificate (essential)
