We’re excited to welcome new Inbound Sales Representative into our New Business team. If you genuinely enjoy helping people, love great conversations and feel at home in a lively sales and customer service environment, you’ll fit in brilliantly here.
In this role, you’ll be speaking with potential new members who are already interested in joining the RAC (no cold calling). Your job is to understand what they need, talk them through their options and help them choose the right breakdown cover.
📍 Location: Bristol (Bradley Stoke)
💼 Contract: Full-time, 6 Month FTC
🕒 Flexible hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–19:00, Sat 09:00–17:00 — no Sundays!
💰 Salary: Competitive base of £27,805.99 with the potential to boost your earnings up to £35,000
🎓 Training: 3 weeks full-time (Mon–Fri)
