ROLE :   QS /   Lead Facilities Maintenance Engineer

HOURS :   08 : 30-17 : 00, Monday to Friday

SALARY : £45,-£47, dependent on experience

BASE :     Clover Nook, Somercotes

We are looking for an Experienced QS / Facilities Maintenance Engineer to support the maintenance team and carry out duties such as supervise, validate, compile, and sign off NICEIC certification.

WHAT OUR QS / LEAD FACILITIES MAINTENANCE ENGINEERS DO :

• Manage the sign off and distribution of all electrical certifications
• Support the FM maintenance department managing the day to day workload
• Attend sites to survey / monitor and evaluate work as appropriate
• Provide technical support on electrical issues as and when required
• Manage sub contracts and maintenance projects
