One of Europe’s leading food manufacturers is seeking a Group Support Engineer to provide leadership and coordination across its engineering function.

Reporting to the Group Engineering Manager, you’ll collaborate with site leaders and cross-functional teams to drive improvements in reliability, safety, and efficiency. This is a high-impact role, giving you the opportunity to influence engineering standards, develop people, and deliver real results in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Core Duties :

Drive engineering excellence across multiple sites, focusing on People, Asset Care, Standards, and Cost Control.

Lead continuous improvement by setting and reviewing RCA and performance standards.

Standardise and strengthen SOPs, training, and 5S housekeeping across all departments.

Work with site leadership to address resource challenges and develop effective action plans.

Manage engineering budgets to optimise plant performance and cost efficiency.

Develop and implement succession and training plans to build high-performing teams.

Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations at all times.

Reduce engineering risks by introducing robust contingency and reliability planning.
