The Role: Graduate Account Manager
Glasgow (Office-based)
This is where it starts.
As a Graduate Account Manager at ORRJO, you’re on the front line of growth, for us and for our clients.
You’ll be responsible for opening conversations with senior decision-makers, building pipeline, and creating real commercial opportunities.
It’s fast-paced.
It’s challenging.
And you’ll learn quickly.
You’ll work across multiple industries, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies, developing skills that genuinely accelerate your career in sales.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Booking meetings through outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Qualifying leads and identifying real opportunities
- Researching target accounts and key decision-makers
- Building and managing outreach campaigns
- Working closely with Account Executives and client teams
- Representing different client value propositions in-market
- Hitting activity targets and performance goals
You’ll also go through our ORRJO Sales Bootcamp, giving you the structure, tools, and confidence to succeed.
