As a Store Retail Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, greeting customers with warmth and enthusiasm. Your role will involve assisting customers throughout their journey, answering queries, providing tailored product recommendations, and promoting our exciting membership benefits and special promotions. You'll also process transactions efficiently, handle returns and exchanges, maintain an organised checkout area, and ensure our store is visually appealing and compliant with health and safety standards. You will also be required to process deliveries and keep the back-of-house area organised.

Hours of Work : Full Time

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and delivering friendly, proactive service.
• Assist customers throughout their journey with queries, recommendations, and information on memberships and promotions.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including returns and exchanges.
• Maintain an organised checkout area and visually appealing store environment.
