Job Description Summary :

The Business Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role within the European Central Business Operations team, driving strategic initiatives, solving complex problems, and optimizing business processes to support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a sharp analytical mind, strong communication skills, and exceptional project management capabilities, enabling them to work independently and influence decisions at senior leadership levels. Candidates with consulting or investment banking experience will thrive in this fast-paced environment. The Analyst will identify growth opportunities, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver data-driven recommendations.

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Independently plan and execute operational processes.
  • Collaborate internally to optimize workflows and drive process improvements.
  • Influence the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of business processes.
  • Determine appropriate actions while considering alternative solutions.
  • Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets.
  • Act as a liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners.
  • Create, analyze, maintain, and report on performance measures and KPIs.

Expected Qualifications :

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor2

4s degree or equivalent experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Problem Identification and Analysis :

  • Assess business needs and define problems using strategic frameworks
  • Build hypotheses for potential solutions based on research and analytical insights.
  • Data Gathering, Performance Analysis and Insights Generation :

  • Collect qualitative and quantitative data from internal and external sources.
  • Apply analytical tools to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Provide detailed insights into business performance, identifying trends and actionable recommendations.
  • Create executive-level reports and presentations summarizing findings to leadership.
  • Collaboration :

  • Participate in and manage day-to-day interactions with segment and market teams, building strong relationships.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively via presentations and reports.
  • Strategic Decision-Making Support :

  • Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between stakeholders across departments.
  • Facilitate regular updates on initiatives, priorities, and goals.
  • Project Execution and Ownership :

  • Work closely with market / segment teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Maintain accountability for designated project components, delivering excellence in outputs.
  • Desired Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a dynamic, high-stakes environment (consulting, investment banking, or equivalent).
  • Proven track record of driving impactful projects and delivering quantitative and qualitative insights.
