Deputy Team Manager / Senior Practitioner in a Youth offending Team in Westmorland area
This is a full time temporary position on ongoing basis.
Responsibilities :
- Work alongside Service Improvement Leads to address key practice areas
- Collaborate with the workforce to help shift culture and practice
- Use data and lived experience feedback to drive improvements
- Partner with agencies to ensure ambition and high standards for young people
- Support colleagues and promote best practice
- Adapt to evolving needs and continuously develop your skills
Driving licence & car : Required
Working pattern : Hybrid (2-3 days in the office + as needed for face-to-face meetings)
About you :
