Were looking for a motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Cheadle . This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruitment. No previous recruitment experience is required well provide full training and ongoing support but a background in sales or a customer-facing role would be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing and engaging candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and networking

Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients

Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement

Conducting candidate interviews and assessments
