Sales Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will prove challenging and rewarding for the right candidate. Ideally you will have excellent experience as a Sales Manager with a similar developer and will have a proven track record of your achievements whilst with your previous companies.

Our client is offering a great opportunity to build a career and move into a directorship level when the time is right. You will be expected to run the sales department ensuring all marketing is up to date and effective as well as ensuring all sales staff are clued up on the developments. Each development is different so it is vital to keep up to date with everything the houses have to offer. You will be expected to run sales meetings, compile reports, visit sites on a regular basis and deal with any customer queries.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience as a new homes Sales Manager. Ideally within a small, high-spec developer and you will need to have a proven track record in hitting your sales targets.
