Solutions Architect

Overview

Join JT as a Software Product Technical Design Authority, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic and technical design of our Telecom and IT services. You’ll be responsible for leading the software detailed design, configuration and / or development change specifications of new and existing products across our business and operational support systems (B / OSS), with a particular focus on billing, fulfilment, assurance, and inventory.

In this role, you’ll take technical ownership of B / OSS software product design and guide the breakdown and allocation of development tasks within Agile delivery teams. Your expertise will help drive innovation and ensure seamless integration across our systems.

Responsibilities
