A highly regarded SEN-focused secondary provision in Amersham, Buckinghamshire is seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to join their specialist team. This setting supports students with a wide range of needs, from mild learning difficulties to complex SEN.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll work across whole-class settings, 1 : 1 support and small intervention groups. This role also offers opportunities to work across partner mainstream secondary schools.

Responsibilities

Supporting students with diverse SEN needs

Assisting teachers within specialist classrooms

Delivering personalised 1 : 1 learning support

Encouraging independence and emotional development

Collaborating with therapists and SEN professionals

Ideal Candidate

Experience within SEN or care environments (preferred)

Passion for inclusive education
