Property Solicitor (Landlord and Tenant)

We are working with a well-regarded London (Fulham) practice who are seeking a Locum Solicitor to provide cover during an upcoming period of annual leave.

Role Details :

• Dates : 1 – 10 October 2025 (approx. 5 working days within this period, exact days to be agreed)
• Location : Fulham-based firm (within approx. 1¼ hours travel distance)
• Caseload : Landlord & Tenant work with a focus on collective enfranchisement and lease extensions Transactional work including commercial property and residential conveyancing (residential makes up c.10–15%)
