Software Engineer – Scale-up – 100% Remote

Are you a highly skilled software engineer with expertise in .NET and cloud solutions, excited to build impactful apps in a dynamic scale-up?

You could be joining a rapidly growing scale-up which builds B2B web and mobile apps for the automotive sector using the latest technologies and cloud services.

Providing innovative technology solutions to some of the most desirable automotive brands, CPH Insight is a fast-paced and high-performance environment disrupting the worlds of automotive retail and product development.

The company : CPH Insight operates in the fascinating world of automotive, within both retail (dealerships) and product development (OEMs). We won our first customer in 2019 and have since enjoyed rapid growth with a significant pipeline of new product deliverables for 2026.

The role : As a Software Engineer you will work alongside the founding directors and a small team of developers and product owners, getting hands-on building new apps, expanding existing products and providing clear technical leadership.

You'll be surrounded by highly capable multi-skilled people in a collaborative environment that encourages sharing of knowledge and experience.

About You : You will be a self-starter with a positive attitude and a good sense of humour. You’ll be comfortable working with uncertainty and rapidly changing priorities. You will possess :

• Proven experience of delivering high quality solutions that are fit for purpose, maintainable, robust, scalable and secure
• Natural ability to write clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new situations
• Exposure to the automotive industry and / or developing business finance / accounting applications would be an advantage
