We're now looking for a driven Online Product Assessor to join our Central Sales Team. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ambition to develop a rewarding career in a purpose-led business.

The Role

As an Online Product Assessor, you will :

Deliver engaging online assessments and product demonstrations via live video or pre-recorded sessions.

Listen to customers' needs and recommend the most suitable mobility products and solutions.

Manage your own diary, enquiries, and follow-ups to provide consistent, high-quality customer service.

Support the sales team by handling unsold appointments and keeping customer records accurate and up to date.

Work closely with colleagues across sales and service teams to continuously improve our customer journey.

Take part in training and site visits to deepen your product knowledge and better understand customer challenges.

About You

We're looking for someone who is :

Customer-focused, with strong communication and listening skills.

Confident using technology (Windows applications, video platforms, etc.).

Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

Keen to learn and grow with us

technical knowledge can be taught, but passion and attitude are key.
