Please note : This role is contracted to 49 weeks per year.

What you'll be doing :

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to standards and specifications within your section, following food safety procedures
  • Complying with all health & safety procedures and standards, including food information regulations and safety checks
  • Running a kitchen section to required standards
  • Training and directing commis chefs or kitchen assistants in your section
  • Properly storing food to minimize waste
  • Assisting with food order processing and receipt of deliveries
  • Maintaining cleanliness of kitchens and work areas
  • Ensuring correct use of machinery and equipment
  • Performing additional tasks to support food service

  • Knowledgeable of hygiene, health, and safety regulations

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team development abilities
  • Immaculate personal presentation, outgoing, passionate, with excellent customer service and communication skills
