Supervisor PM

We have an exciting opportunity for a?PM Shift?Supervisor?to join us in Warrington.

Our supervisors work on shifts, this role is to work on our PM Shift which is typically between 1400 - 2200?working any 5 days in 7 Saturday's hours can slightly differ.

What Youll Do :

Whilst on shift you will be responsible for the supervision of the Warehouse Operatives as well as the operations in your zone including throughputs, parcel presentation and productivity levels

Supporting the Process Manager with the quality of all sortation and its performance against MI measurements.

Dependent on the area you work in, you will manage and control Client SLAs, load presentation compliance, infeed targets, blockbuster targets, parcel presentation, manage and control mis-sorts and damages and momentum 100% scanning compliance.
