Sales Engineer

Hayward Hawk are proud to be recruiting for a Technical Sales Engineer to join our clients growing team. This role focuses on supporting and growing relationships with key customers across Northern Ireland. What You'll Do : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers Identify and develop new business opportunities across Northern Ireland Provide expert advice on CNC machining processes and tooling solutions Conduct onsite trials, demonstrations, and optimisation of cutting tools Generate technical proposals and quotations with machining strategies Troubleshoot issues related to machining performance or tooling application Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams Ensure excellent customer service and ongoing technical support What You'll Need : Experience in CNC programming and machining (ideally 23 years) Background in manufacturing or mechanical engineering Familiarity with CAD / CAM software (preferred but not essential) Based in Northern Ireland and willing to travel locally for customer visits Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused attitude Completion of an engineering apprenticeship or similar training in mechanical / manufacturing disciplines.
