Within the construction environment, you will have the opportunity to buy materials, manage large projects, ensure health and safety, and provide customer service. We are currently involved in some 400 developments across the UK, ranging from brownfield projects to adaptive reuse of existing buildings.
We need people who can bring fresh ideas and imagination on one hand, and the commercial ability to manage people, budgets and costs on the other. For the thirteenth year in a row, our site managers have won more NHBC Pride in the Job Awards than any other housebuilder.
Reporting to the site manager, you will assist in the management of the site, supporting active learning about site management and construction. All activities must support the delivery of targets in health and safety, programme quality, customer care, and cost.
We’ve been nationally recognised as a 5‑star housebuilder since 2010 for supplying high‑quality homes for all generations. We combine bright minds, the latest technology and a genuine commitment to putting customers first. We offer tailored opportunities for apprentices, graduates, experienced professionals and ex‑Armed Forces personnel, building the homes Britain needs.
Our hybrid working model allows our office‑based colleagues to divide their time between office, construction sites, sales offices and home when role allows. We recognise many benefits of hybrid culture for the company and our colleagues and strive for inclusive progress for all.
Private healthcare support is available for timely access to a virtual GP, diagnosis, treatment and more – including physio and talking therapies. You can even add family members.
First‑class pension schemes with the option of up to 10% employer contributions.
All colleagues can access a fully funded annual health assessment, helping to proactively manage health and wellbeing.
We offer many ways to make life more affordable – from access to employee loans and savings accounts, to house purchase discounts.
Cycle to work scheme, reduced hotel rate, discounts at major retailers and other lifestyle benefits that improve the quality of life.
In addition to paid volunteer and study leave, enhanced family‑friendly policies (including parents and carers leave) and a share‑buying scheme, we offer an incredible range of additional benefits.
