At Alexander Lloyd, we’re excited to be partnering with one of the UK’s leading Employee Benefits and Wellbeing consultancies to help them find an exceptional DC Pensions Consultant to join their dynamic pensions team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving client success building strong, lasting relationships with prospects, key clients, and workplace savings providers while delivering expert advice and innovative pension solutions.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality consulting services tailored to their needs.
• Proactively identify and create opportunities to expand these relationships across other areas of the business.
• Collaborate with the new business team to support pitches and develop proposals.
• Must have prior DC pension consulting experience
• Ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders both internally and externally
• Willingness to get involved in business development activities
