  • The Job Youll Do;

Combination of office and manufacturing floor environments.

Involves audits, inspections, and hands-on training.

Support the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 : 2015 QMS.

Plan and conduct internal audits.

Support third-party certification audits as required.

Maintain accurate document control and quality records.

Lead 8D investigation for non-conformances and customer complaints, driving effective corrective actions.

Perform and support first-off inspections, and prepare ISIR / PPAP documentation to ensure product and process conformity in line with customer requirements

Deliver quality-related training to employees.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality initiatives.

Support 5S and continuous improvement activities.

Monitor and report on key quality performance metrics (KPIs).

  • About You;
  • Experience in a quality or engineering role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

    Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2015 QMS and related quality standards.

    Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Quality, Engineering, or related field.

    Experience in auditing and quality systems management.

    Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

    Clear and confident communicator with strong teamwork skills.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
