Salary : £47,000- £49,000 per year

Our client is a forward-thinking, dynamic mental health service with a mission is to improve lives through compassionate, expert care. They are a CQC-registered provider delivering person-centred assessment, care and support for individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD, Autism and Learning Disabilities.
The Role :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Deputy Clinical Lead to support the Clinical Lead in overseeing the clinical team. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced registered healthcare professional with strong clinical skills in neurodevelopmental conditions, and a passion for service improvement and team development.
The Deputy Clinical Lead will play a key role in clinical supervision, quality assurance, and service delivery, working closely with the Clinical Lead and contributing to clinical governance.

Key Responsibilities :
Leadership & Support
Support the Clinical Lead in providing supervision and guidance to the clinical team
Contribute to the wider Senior Management Team through feedback and collaborative problem-solving
Act as deputy in the Clinical Leads absence
Staff Development
Provide supervision and support to associate clinicians
Support interviewing, inductions, appraisal, and development of new team members
Assist in ensuring effective team communication and staff wellbeing
Clinical Quality & Governance
Support the Clinical Lead in ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards
Contribute to audits, investigations, and service evaluations
Assist in reviewing and implementing clinical policies and procedures
Clinical Duties
Undertake neurodevelopmental assessments as part of clinical workload (minimum 3 per week)
Contribute to clinical triage, safeguarding, and risk management processes
Maintain up-to-date, accurate clinical records
Essential Criteria
Registered with a relevant professional body
Experience in the assessment and management of neurodevelopmental conditions
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Commitment to high-quality care and service development
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Desirable
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Experience with CQC-regulated services
