Website and Shop Floor Assistant

THE EMPLOYER IS: VINAAN GROUP LTD T/A OUTDOOR LIFEThis role will include using EPOS systems to add items, maintain site listings, and carry out work to enhance our website through SEO, newsletters, and advertising campaigns, as well as managing social media. In addition, the role involves assisting with selling, merchandising, and general maintenance on the shop floor, which includes serving customers, offering advice on the correct items to purchase, completing sales, and handling cash.

Responsibilities

• Serving customers and taking payments.
• Mainting products on the EPOS system as well as the website.
• Creating product listings and making adjustments to pricing.
• Create promotional information content to help drive online sales.

Skills and Qualifications

• Basic IT skills.
