About the Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to take full operational and commercial responsibility for Sandmere Care Home, a purpose-built, 68-bed residential and nursing service in the heart of Margate. With light-filled communal spaces, luxury en-suite bedrooms, and weekly fees averaging £1,400, Sandmere offers premium living for older people, including those requiring nursing, dementia, and complex care.With an outstanding 9.9 / 10 carehome score, a loyal long-standing team, and absolutely no agency reliance, the foundations are strong.
