Job Title : Full-Time Cover Supervisor – Infant School

Location : Luton

Salary : £115 - £125 per day

Contract : Full-Time, Temporary (Starting September 2025)

About the Role :

Educators Connected is excited to be recruiting for a dedicated and passionate Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming and nurturing Infant School in Luton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in the UK curriculum, particularly in EYFS and Key Stage 1. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons to whole classes, liaising with teaching staff, and ensuring that all work is monitored and carried out in line with school policy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver pre-planned lessons to classes within EYFS and Key Stage 1.
• Liaise with teaching staff regarding work set for the class and ensure it is followed accordingly.
• Monitor the progress of all work assigned and support children as needed.
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for all pupils.
• Uphold the ethos and values of the school, ensuring every child is recognized for their achievements.
