Role Overview :

As a Secondary Early Career Teacher , you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching to classes of enthusiastic students in KS3 and KS4. You will have the opportunity to develop your teaching skills, work closely with experienced colleagues, and contribute to the success and well-being of our students. You will be supported by a mentoring system to help you grow professionally and achieve your full potential as an educator.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the curriculum.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Assess and monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback.

Support students in their social and emotional development, helping them achieve their personal best.

Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events and initiatives.

Engage with parents and caregivers to discuss student progress and well-being.

Participate in professional development opportunities to further enhance your skills.

What We’re Looking For :

A recent graduate in Secondary Education or a related field.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of achieving it.

Strong understanding of the secondary curriculum.

Passion for teaching and dedication to helping children reach their full potential.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

A positive, patient, and nurturing attitude towards children.

A commitment to continuous professional development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
