We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert knowledge across all technical aspects of the conveyancing process, ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive and high-quality service. You will be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish, ensuring legal compliance and maintaining excellent standards of client care.

The Team

Our Conveyancing Team offers a professional, efficient, and client-focused service to support individuals through the property buying or selling process. The team is recognized for its commitment to quality and operates within the guidelines of relevant industry accreditation standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle all key functions in a conveyancing transaction with confidence and consistency.
  • Manage Freehold, Leasehold, Unregistered, New Build, and Shared Ownership sale and purchase matters with minimal supervision.
  • Supervise a small team of paralegals to ensure smooth and efficient transaction handling.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and maintain high levels of customer care.
  • Oversee a small team (2–3 paralegals), managing a high-volume caseload with limited supervision.
  • Manage work referred from key partners, attend regional meetings, and collaborate with suppliers to meet service levels and targets.

Skills and Experience

  • Thorough understanding of conveyancing processes and ability to independently manage a range of transaction types.
  • Strong client service and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations effectively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and conveyancing software.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
