Human Resources, Crawley Office - Permanent Position

We are seeking an Onboarding Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Crawley. Reporting to the Onboarding Team Leader, you'll be essential in guiding new employees through their first steps, ensuring a smooth transition and an outstanding experience.

This permanent position comes with a competitive salary of £29,000 plus a 7.5% bonus. After a six-month probation, enjoy the flexibility of blended working-three days in the office, two days remote. You'll also benefit from :

25 Days Annual Leave plus bank holidays

Reservist Leave : 18 days full pay + 22 unpaid
