We are recruiting a Site Engineering Manager for their processing operation, the role is a senior leadership role and is key to the planned expansion of the business. The Person :

• Have experience in an engineering leadership role.
• Experience in a Processing or Manufacturing business.
• 5 years + experience in a Managerial role.
• Commercial awareness.
• The ability to contribute to profitability and strategic decisions.
• Apprentice trained with further education undertaken in an engineering discipline.
