Receptionist – Coventry | Large Secondary School

The Role & Responsibilities You will be the hub of communication for the school ensuring that information flows efficiently between staff students and parents.

• Triage & Enquiry Management: Managing a busy front desk resolving parent queries efficiently and escalating sensitive matters to the pastoral team.

• Safeguarding Hub: Taking a lead role in the daily monitoring of site access and ensuring all visiting speakers are vetted appropriately.

• Student Services: Managing the distribution of student lockers lost property and the schools internal mail system.

• Administrative Support: Providing clerical assistance to the Senior Leadership Team including data entry and report preparation.
