Property Block Manager (Remote)

Site locations : Cambridgeshire

Salary : £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Travel Expenses

Location : Fully Remote (with site visits approx. 1x per week or fortnight)

We're working with a newly merged, forward-thinking property management business that's building something fresh, and they're looking for someone who wants to grow with them.

The Role :

As a Property Block Manager, you'll take responsibility for a residential leasehold portfolio across Cambridgeshire. The role is fully remote, with site visits typically once a week or fortnight. You'll work alongside a supportive and social team who are passionate about delivering excellent service.

What You'll Need :

Minimum 2 years of experience in residential block management

Strong working knowledge of leasehold management, including :

Service charge budgets and reconciliations

Section 20 consultations

Building Safety Act compliance

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience managing major works projects and dealing with contractors

Ideally IRPM or TPI qualified / accredited (or working towards)

Confident using property management systems and remote tools
