About the Role :
Currently partnered with a Global Telecommunications Consultancy who are Seeking a self-motivated Telecoms professional with operational experience to support a customer base. You'll work closely with the UK-based Transformation Director to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather business requirements, identify gaps, and translate them into technical solutions
- Engage stakeholders to agree on design and acceptance criteria for project deliverables
- Communicate complex solutions effectively through strong oral, written, and presentation skills
- Manage change tickets and prioritize project releases with key stakeholders
- Govern project delivery cycles and client projects
