General Cover Supervisor – Maidstone and Medway

Teaching Personnel are looking for reliable and enthusiastic General Cover Supervisors to work across a variety of secondary schools in the Maidstone and Medway areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have classroom or youth work experience and are confident managing groups of students in a school setting. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be delivering pre-prepared lessons, ensuring students remain on task, and maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.

Requirements :

Previous experience working with young people (classroom, tutoring, mentoring, or similar)

Confident classroom management skills

Must currently live in the UK and have the right to work here

Flexible and adaptable to cover different schools across Maidstone and Medway
