We're seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to deliver targeted phonics intervention to EAL pupils at a welcoming mainstream secondary school in Darwen.About the Role : This is a full-time, long-term position starting ASAP. You’ll be working closely with small groups of EAL students, supporting their literacy development through structured phonics programs, tailored to their individual learning needs.
