We’re working with a leading main contractor who are delivering one of Cardiff’s most exciting landmark developments right in the heart of the city. As part of this long-term project, they are now looking to recruit an

  • Assistant Site Manager
  • to join their team.

    ## The Role

    As Assistant Site Manager, you’ll be supporting the Site Manager and wider team in the day-to-day running of site operations. This includes :

  • Assisting in the coordination and supervision of subcontractors and trades
  • Supporting the delivery of the project to programme, quality, and safety standards
  • Helping manage site logistics in a busy city centre environment
  • Building strong working relationships with stakeholders and the local community
  • Gaining hands-on experience with a project that will shape Cardiff’s skyline

    • ## What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a site-based role within construction (ideally with a main contractor)
  • Strong understanding of health & safety and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ambition to develop into a Site Manager role in the near future
