Circet UK is looking for a dedicated and experienced On-site Supervisor to oversee the daily execution of fibre optic network build projects across the UK. This is a crucial field-based role focused on driving a safety-first culture , ensuring compliance, and delivering quality work on time and to specification.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead by example in promoting a robust Health & Safety culture across all sites
• Deliver daily briefings, toolbox talks, and ensure full PPE and training compliance
• Conduct safety and quality audits, address issues promptly, and report incidents
• Supervise civil and fibre works : trenching, ducting, cable blowing, splicing, testing
• Coordinate and manage on-site teams and subcontractors to maximise efficiency
• Ensure all work meets technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Maintain accurate site records, including progress, permits, photos, and logs
• Serve as the key contact for local authorities, contractors, and internal teams

Track site progress, report KPIs, and escalate issues to the Project Manager

What You’ll Need

Proficient in reading technical drawings and managing construction logistics

Essential Qualifications & Certifications

Full UK Driving Licence
