You're a designer. Not a decorator.
\n
This role is ideal if you are fresh out of education and looking to gain experience to add to your portfolio.
\n
You understand how visuals drive engagement, shape perception, and tell a story - and you're itching to do more than just churn out templates.
\n
You'll help reimagine how we show up across digital, print, and social - and you'll have the freedom to push the brand forward, not just maintain it.
\n
What You'll Be Creating
\n
\n- \nRebranding assets - fresh eyes, fresh visuals, proper consistency
\n- \nCampaign design - across web, email, social, print, and video
\n- \nVisual storytelling - turn survey data into graphics people actually want to read
\n- \nTraining materials - branded templates, e-learning visuals, presentations
\n- \nSocial content - work with the comms team to amplify reach on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube
\n- \nProduct launches - help bring new services to life visually
\n- \nInternal docs - yes, even the boring stuff like policies and forms - but done well
\n
\n
What You'll Need
\n
\n- A portfolio that shows you get branding, layout, and campaign design
\n- Adobe Creative Suite mastery - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
\n- Bonus: video editing chops for content marketing
\n- A sharp eye for detail and a brain that thinks in grids, colour palettes, and hierarchy
\n- Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
\n
\n
What You'll Get
\n
\n- A role where your creativity actually matters
\n- A team that values quality over quantity - no mass-marketing fluff
\n- The chance to shape how the client looks, feels, and connects with its audience
\n- Real variety - from campaign work to publication design to digital content
