Employment Solicitor - Remote

An excellent opportunity to lead a team of employment lawyers and paralegals within an in-house legal setting. You will have excellent employment law experience, particularly in tribunal litigation. The role is fully remote and working in an in-house environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders in the business, making recommendations to reduce tribunal claims
• Lead volume litigation across all areas including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims
• Support and coach a talented team of paralegals
• Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, particularly HR colleagues

The role is fully remote (WFH) as are the wider team. Salary is up to circa £65,000.
