Our client, a successful Industrial & Transport / Logistics recruitment agency based in Avonmouth, Bristol, is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your desk, develop new business, and supply high-quality industrial staff to businesses across the Bristol area.
What’s on Offer :
Basic salary up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
Uncapped commission – 10% of Gross Profit after threshold
Annual team performance bonus – up to £5,000 per year
Free on-site parking + mileage allowance for client visits
Ongoing training and career development
The Role :
Full 360 recruitment – business development, account management, and candidate sourcing
Proactively developing new client relationships within the industrial & logistics sector
Supplying temporary and permanent staff across Bristol and surrounding areas
Managing client expectations and ensuring a first-class service
Working to targets in a fast-paced environment
About You :
Experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant (industrial / logistics background preferred, but not essential)
Proven track record in sales / business development
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Resilient, proactive, and target-driven
Full UK driving licence (essential)
