We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new Flip Out park in Leeds—a next-level adventure destination bringing energy, excitement, and unforgettable experiences to the local community.
To help us launch with a bang, we’re now hiring a Duty Manager to support the daily operations of the park and help lead the team through this exciting opening phase and beyond.
As a Duty Manager, you'll play a key part in the day-to-day operational and commercial success of our new Leeds park.
You’ll be responsible for leading a team, maintaining top-tier health & safety standards, and—most importantly—delivering exceptional guest experiences from the moment we open our doors.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that’s perfect for someone currently working as a supervisor or team leader and looking to take their first step into management.
With a brand-new park, you’ll be joining at the ground level—meaning there’s lots of opportunity for growth and progression as we build the team and develop internal leaders.
13.47 per hour (duty manager shifts) This is a flexible contract working various hours each week.
We ask that you are available Friday-Sunday as a minimum and must have full availability during school holidays.
We do have additional Team Member hours available for those who would like to work and earn more (paid at Team Member rates).
