Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Chelmsford, part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated SENCO to help support and care for children with special education needs and disabilities to join our team.

As our settings SENCO, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our youngest children through early intervention and supporting with those who have diverse needs.

Your role will involve working with other practitioners, parents and external agencies to create inclusive learning environments. Whether it is adapting teaching strategies, providing targeted support or championing inclusion. Your work will be vital in ensure very child thrives and meets their full potential whilst with us.

Through your SENCO role and your dedication, you have the power to inspire others and transform educational experiences.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant Level 3 SEND qualification, however additional training and support is available for the successful candidate.

Working pattern :

This is a full time position working within rooms where you will be allocated time to complete paperwork, make observations and attend meetings with parents and external agencies.
