A leading housing provider in the Southwest, managing over 40,000 homes, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Business Finance Partner to join its finance team. In this pivotal role, you'll support central business functions—such as IT, People, Facilities, and Project Management—by providing the financial insights and guidance they need to deliver on performance goals and strategic priorities.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Partnering with senior managers and budget holders to drive financial performance across key business functions.
• Providing financial expertise and guidance to support strategic decisions and operational delivery.
• Leading the preparation of annual budgets and managing non-housing capital investment within the organisation’s 30-year business plan.
• Driving cost efficiency, accountability, and long-term financial sustainability.
