Billing Operations Manager – Recruitment Agency (FM)

We’re partnering with a specialist Facilities Management recruitment agency to recruit an experienced Billing Operations Manager to oversee and optimise their billing function.

This is a key operational role within a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment, ideal for someone with strong management & billing experience with a solid understanding of FM and / or Construction temp recruitment.

What you’ll be doing :

• Managing end-to-end billing for temporary recruitment
• Ensuring accurate, timely invoicing across multiple Soft FM contracts
• Leading and developing a billing / operations team
• Working closely with payroll, finance and recruitment teams
• Resolving billing queries and maintaining strong client relationships
• Improving processes, controls and system efficiencies
• Supporting reporting and month-end activities
