DBS Chef / Kitchen Manager : The Role
You’ll take ownership of the kitchen day to day, setting standards, leading from the front, and ensuring every service runs smoothly and safely.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily kitchen operations
Maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
Preparing fresh, nutritious, high-quality meals
Managing stock, organisation, and kitchen flow
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Chef Manager, Head of strong Sous Chef
An Enhanced DBS certificate, or willingness to complete one
Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate (minimum)
A calm, organised approach and pride in consistency and standards
