A new opening for an exclusive private members’ club in West London is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead its operations. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high profile opening, that is a highly creative cultural destination that brings together hospitality, music, and the arts under one roof with impeccable service.
THE ROLE
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and profitable running of the club, delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing and inspiring a passionate team. You’ll oversee all day-to-day operations, from F&B, events, music and membership development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, mentor, and develop the management team and wider staff.
- Ensure service standards remain consistently high across all outlets.
- Drive member engagement and satisfaction, fostering a welcoming yet exclusive atmosphere.
- Oversee budgets, P&L, and operational efficiencies.
- Work closely with ownership and senior stakeholders to deliver the club’s vision.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and all relevant regulations.
